Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife has filed a false Dowry case, Domestic Violence case and one 506 IPC case against me and my family.But now she is willing to live with me,I am not interested. Shall she able to file Restitution of Conjugal Rights for getting reunion? We are not staying together for 8 months after these false allegations.Shall I be able to apply for Divorce in Christian Marriage,on what grounds? we were married for 5 years.

The court cannot compel a couple to stay together and in case you want you may file the petition for divorce but before that exploit all sources of compromise.
