My wife has filed a false DV case against me , my sisters who are already married and my father who is paralyzed from almost 20 years , just to get the ownership in my assets and property. I provided her with the old house of my father that is good in condition but she destroyed that with hammers and all the stuff proving the court that the old house is not safe enough to reside, she is trying to get in my newly constructed house , what should i do in this situation

As far as your father and sisters are concerned, there is a good possibility of they being deleted from the array of parties. Regarding the possession and residence order, one has to go through the entire case file to give an opinion.
