Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife filed for Mutual consent divorce and I paid her onetime alimony as the part of settlement in US. We got divorced in July 2015. She is plantiff. Now she wants me to pay for alimony taxes that are charged to her and threatening me.

I have given a copy of foreign divorce decree to my parents. Since she has threaten so I want to know, if I need to take any action like notifying police in india or submitting a divorce decree to court and notifying the threats so she doesnt harass my parents in india.

1. Mutual consent divorce is NOT filed by one person. It has to be filed by both parties.

2. Both the parties need to appear in court twice for recording their statement in support of the settlement.
