Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife filed a NC against me for cheating her which was her misunderstanding.I proved the same in the police station but still she wish to file the case and would like to go for divorce.I do get threating calls from police for the same.Please help me what should I do....

You should send a letter of apology and your explanation to your wife with a copy to the concerned police station. You should not stand on a false ego and try to patch up.

dont send any letter of apology. Just file case of section 9 HMA.
