Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife filed for Nullity of Marriage u/s 12(1). Recently, she got ex-parte decree declaring my marriage void. The family court didnt award any compensation. My question is, Can she file for permanent alimony or maintainance under any section of any Act ?

if she got t decree of nullity of marriage then she cannot claim maintenance because ur marriage become null & for more details send me t copy of order & detail facts.

The facts provided by you are incomplete. However, even after a decree of nullity, a wife may claim maintenance.
