I came to know that my wife has filed petition "A" under section 13-1 (1-a) and (1-b) against me.
Does it the same as divorce notice ?
What is the meaning of " ROF Summons Notice appeaarnce counseling?"

Yes it is Divorce Notice. RO means Return of - Summons and you are required to appear in court on the date mentioned as you have to go to the counsellor.
