My wife has filed the restitution of conjugal rigts after one year of mariage.I agreed for the restitution of conjugal rights.But she is not interested to come back again and she is not telling frankly in the court so she is dragging the case unnecessarily for more then a year.Now she filed the domestic violence case against me and my parents in separate court and asking money for her.
It is a new case for harassing me.Actually we lived in kerala after marriage.Now she is in living in andhra state with her parents.and filed this two cases in andhra state and harassing me.
How to handle this 2 cases mainly second case?.
She is not attending the restitution of conjual rights case properly and dragging the case.

If you had put your agreement in the court for the restitution of conjugal rights(RCR), there was no occasion for the court to drag on the matter. Secondly if she was not coming then the court should have dismissed it.
Be as that it may, in your second case DVA, you file the proceedings of RCR showing her conduct and intent to make money. She will not get any compensation etc. But, There may be difficulty if you are contesting RCR.
