my wife is asking for friendly divorce, we are US citizens living in India for last 5 years. We have 2 US born daughters, one is 14 and another is 6 years old. What are our options? thanks,

Dear client if yr marriage is happened in India then u both can file mutual divorce petition and will get divorce in six months

you may go for divorce by mutual consent. the process takes about 6 months but before you file in the papers, decide the financial terms and custody of your children.
