Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Wife is at her home without husband consent since one year. if husband file hebeas corpus and in court, wife give statement that "she is living with her parents at her own and dont want to go with husband". is it enough to disqualify her from maintenance. Husband is giving maintenance regularly @ 5000 per month through bank deposits but want to stop because wife is not full filling her matrimonial obligations since so long.

or we have to file conjugal rights?
