my wife and inlaws have forceuly taken away my 1 yr old child and not allowing me too meet him too..can I file kidnapping case against thm or lodge police complaint for kidnapping?hw can I get immediate interim custody of the child

you can file case of custody. but not kidnapping. but you will get only visiting rights till your child attains age of 5 years.

you may go for custody petition along with an application for grant of visitation rights till your custody is decided.
