Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

My wife taken khula on the basis of false blames. All the blames were false and caused damaged my respect in my family and friends as well. i wanna ask that can I ffile a suit of defemation or damages loss against her? khula granted was in the mid of 2013 so its been years. time delay will matter or not?
