My Wife has taken three kids age(7 Daughter,5 Son,2 Daughter). She earlier (3 Year before) filed khula case in reply i filed conjugal rights and child custody. but we got patch up that time.
We are living in KSA My children are born here . I have good job with all the facilities for the family.
My wife is at here parents home (2 bedroom Apartment) with 4 brothers and mother and father.
As a comparison (Education/living/earning/family/medical) I can prove that children welfare is with me as compare to living with their mother.
What are the chances if i file child custody?
