Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh
If wife leave husband's house with her father's home without husband permission and intend to stay there indefinite time without permission, She is pragnent when she depart from husband's house. Has there any legal right in Bangladesh on behalf of husband? Several times husband tried to convince her but failed. She is saying only she donot know when she will come?

Previously, restitution of conjugal rights was a treated as a fair legal right of a spouse. Now a days courts show reluctance to force any spouse to live and maintain marital relationship with his/her counterpart. It is highly probable that court will not help you bringing her to your home against her will even though she is pregnant. It is advisable that from the position of a spose try to convince her by love and logic, not by force.
