Legal Question in Family Law in India

my wife don't want to leave with me last 8 years.we leave together only 3 months. she want only money she leave with his boyfriend's house without married just like husband and wife but we have not any proof. if they leave each other then may I leave with my girlfriend without marriage or proof ..she is not agree to give divorce pl. suggest

hire a detective and collect theinformation and then file case.
