Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

My wife has left home on petty household issues and now blackmailing me by using my 7 months old son, she is trying to enforce her conditions which in can not conform with. i do not want to give divorce to her. is there any legal way to take my son home for 2 or 3 days a week without divorce?

yes you can file suit for meeting of minor if you are paying the expenses to the minor's look after or maintenance as father.
