Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
When my wife left my home I suited her conjugal right and got the degree. After that my wife suited for maintenance, dower amount(which is 3 lac), dowery articles, child maintenance, and child delivery expense(baby born there). I answered through lawyer. but after some hearings I did not went in court and my lawyer also, so I lost case. Now I received execution letter.
Before execution hearing, my wife's father came to collect dowery article with police. I gave them time for one week.
Now I want to appeal in high court. My lawyer said if they will collect dowery article then we will not be able to appeal in high court.
Please give advise.

Better to set aside ex-parte decree.. you can file a petition in family court to stop all this.. For more consult at [email protected]
