Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife has left my home yesterday without telling anybody and left behind our only son. She has gone to her father's house. yesterday , we had a small tiff yesterday over her behaviour issues. Her behaviour towards my family is very rude and she never respect my parents. She doesn't like to do daily household work. We had a 6 months separation earlier also , post which some elders from both sides intervened and comprehended her for showing good behaviour. But there is no change in her behaviour. Please tell me what are the legal things to do secure myself from false cases and seek divorce from her. Marraiage Date: 17th Feb 2012

the details mentioned by you are not enough to suggest you the legal remedies. you also have a child whose future is at stake. instead of divorce, you may explore the option of reconciling her and settling the matter before taking the final step.
