Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife left my house with her parents and with my 11 month son in 2014 September after a petty quarell...that caused between us as I refused to give my mother-in-law 1lakh for purchasing land on her daughters name in their native ..She left promising us that she ll be back on our sons first birthday..but without my knowledge she joined MTech in a college and am living separately with my parents past2 years..i stopped talking with her since last 1 year as I came to know that they r recording phone calls. Her. Jewels are with us ....and I want to return it to them legally...we neverr demanded any dowry or gifts frm them.... My uncle visited her home. And spoke with her parents to request them to come and stay with us atleast during college vacation holiday..but they ve not turned up...idon know wat to do please advice. Me...
