My wife left our house & staying with her mother since last 30 months. Now she wants to marry another man as she is pregnant due to him. This person is in contact with me and inform all about their plans to get married without divorce. We have one daughter of 5 years whom I didnt met since we stay apart from each other. this person is discussing with me for mutual divorce where I have inform them the condition of giving custody of my daughter to me for accepting divorce. I want to know if they go forward to marry without divorce will it get legally accepted or it can be legally a crime? And can this situation will be stronger for me to get custody of my daughter if I file a case legally after their marraige? Where can I read about such past cases in India on internet?
