My wife left my house in 1974 and since we never united after 39 years she filed case for maintanance and i am paying 2000/p m. now court has order intrim payment of rs.1500/=she was demanding for new house and i am unable to purchase.she write me without new hose i will not come.is it consider as her willingly leaving my house? at this the period of saperate living is 41 year can i get divorce?
