my wife had left my house 1 year ago due to some small issues between her and my family. after 8 months seperation i asked her for divorce. she and her family got ready for divorce and we got agreed on settlement amount asked by my wife. later she filed a complaint in CAW cell for dowry harassement and tortute. she wants to come back to me and dont want to divorce me on any cost but i dont want to live with her anymore. i dont have a child. how to take divorce from her mutually? can i get remarried without taking divorce from her?

Dear client if she is not ready for mutual divorce then u have to file contested divorce on grounds like cruelty. If u get marry again without giving her divorce then she can file case of bigamy against u and u will put in jail for 7 years. For any legal help call me
