Legal Question in Family Law in India
Wife left out my society at his own & residing at her parental house since last more than 2 years. She aborted 2 months pregnancy without my consent at her parental house. However, she send me a message regarding bleeding on WhatsApp without narrating Doctor/ name of hospital. I do not have any other proof excepting pregency confirmation report. My reconciliation effort have gone into vain. Please guide me what should I do?
