My wife and me live in india. My wife meta guy named deep mehra in 2008 abd they became gud friends... there had been issues between wife and me on thia relation. However my wife said that it was just a friendship. With timw the guy started expressin his urge to have intimate relation ith my wife and my wife kept refusing. His followup for theaame has gone up. Howwvwr my wife has aympathy for him and talks to him over whatsapp n fb n phone. This has made our family life a hell. In such case where my wife doesnt want to go for action can i independently file a case on the guy saying that he is knowingly intruding my family life. Kindly guide i want to get rid of the guy

yes you may lodge a police complaint against the guy if possible collect the message wherein he expressess his desire for physical intimacy with your wife and show the same to the police.
