Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife do not want to live with me.
She asked divorce within 2 weeks from my marraige date.
Moreover Jewels are missing one by one.
She says that she is not interested in family life in front of the Pastor who conducted our marraige.
She went back to her home within 45 days from my marraige and never come back to my home
After that she phoned me and said that If I compel her to come back to my home, she will write a letter and commit sudide. What can I do?
Her family member adviced her a lot, but she did not listen to their words
Now, their father and mother also blaming us that I have an affair with another girls, I am a Phycho, I am Unemployed, I have stolen her jewels, and asking dowry. But all those things are not true.
Marraige borker is my uncle's friend. he has consulted with uncle and asking us to say that I don't want that girl and give 10 lacs to her
She is not with me past 10 months.
We both the family did not go to complain in Police station or Court so far.
Kindly advice me that Whether I should complain in Women Police station or Consult with an advocate or go to Media(Zee Thamil channel)?

you can file a petition for divorce against her.it would be better if you consulted a lawyer.
You should first try to settle the matter amicably try to take divorce by mutual consent and hire a lawyer for the purpose.
