Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife is not living with me from last one year. She left my house on her own will, nobody from my family asked her to leave we ask her to stay with us. Now she is filling the case of harassment and dowry. We tried so many time to bring her back but she never came. My 3 year old son stays with me she left her before now she is blackmailing me that she will demand his custody. She never loved him but now asking custody just to make me suffer. Please tell how I can get the custody of my son.

1) File RCR inviting her to matrimonial home.

2) Let her file child custody case. U cant prevent her. Court will decide looking to the welfare of the child.
