Legal Question in Family Law in India
my wife is living with my 7 year old son at her father's home since last 1.4 years. I had tried to meet her many times but she don't meet me and her parents tell me that she don't want to meet u. even when i want to meet her their parents took my son at any nearest place and allows me to meet him instead at their home.
they r forcing me to divorce my wife. but i think about my son's future and don't want to divorce her and want to continue married life.
what i have to do according to law.
