Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife lodged fir against me & all of my family unde ipc sec 498a, 506 & 34 on 29 sep 2013. Now i and all of my family got anticipatory bail. The charge sheet was submitted by police on district court. I have 6 months baby with my wife. I am servicing in defence. I want meet with my baby. But my wife restrict to meet. Which will be the legal way to meet with my baby??
