Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

My wife she is in love with some one and she asks divorce to me. In this situation I am unable to pay a huge amount of Kabin and also she want to take my son with her. Also she wants me to pay money for my son. She is trying to conveyance everybody that I am bad man thats why she will not continue with me. But the fact is she will marry her new lover after she get divorced and the money from me. I requested her my son she is denying as she is unable to give birth to baby any more. What should I do at this situation and how could I get my son if I have to divorce her?

If your wife is adamant you may not be able to stop her. however if she demands dower, let her come with a claim to the court. You fight there. Before final verdict you will get enough time to collect money.

You are entitled to get your son if your son is above 7 years or your wife remarries. If your case doesn't match with these, even then you may claim the custody of your son if you can show the wellbeing of your son will be ensured at your home. To get the custody you need to go to the court.
