Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife took our 4 month old baby and left the country without my consent.She is staying in her parents place and is working in India and refuses to come back or communicate by email or phone. Her parents also are supporting her as they had married thinking I have lots of money and that I will be a henpecked husband like her father but Im not. But I did well to provide for her and the baby in every way till the day she left. After the baby came into the picture she changed and she and her family started talking of divorce and property and remarriage.She used to sleep around before marriage. Is there a way to get a divorce without letting her take money from me or any way to penalize her or to annul the marriage as she refuses to stay as a family? Is there a way out for me as Im suffering without the baby in my arms and am forced to live lonely instead of as a family man?
