Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife and I are going in for a mutual divorce. We got married in Dec 7, 2013 and have been staying separately since Dec 16th, 2013. Can she claim as Stridhan all the jewellery that was given to her from our side, considering that we have not stayed together as husband ad wife?

the financial terms can be agreed upon while going for divorce by mutual consent. jewelry from both the sides is her stridhan and her personal property.

In mutual divorce, these things can be settle amicably else you can refuse for mutual divorce.
