Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife is down with non recoverable desease called "cerebellar ataxia", which is slowly progressive. Currently she is loosing body balance while walking and not able to speak properly. Her brother also has the same medical problem and now bedridden. I have two sons and managing all the things are getting tough day by day. She is also not keeping well and getting weaker, not able to manage domestic work. In this case, if she and both families agree, can I think of 2nd marriage?

Law says that you can't remarry even if there is consent of your first wife. Its different that you do so and no one objects. But, if it reaches to court or police, problem might creep.
