my wife reported to ladies police help line against me thai I used to beat and abuse her but that was dismissed from their because she have not any evidence and she was laying with statements and she want divorce now she is aprt from me where I dont know.I have filled petition against her under section 9. first date is on 19 dec 15. what can be her action she is so egoistic and lier.
