Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife don't respect my mother. One day she had a fight with my mother. my mother abused her and she also abused my mother. This is not tolerant for me and my mother. She don't have regards for elders. I dont have proof of this. I throw my wife out of the house. I want to divorce her. She is not ready for divorce. I asked her for mutual divorce. I forced her and threat her family too. Now she had filed a complaint against me, my family and relatives in women cell (DV, 498a, mental and physical cruelty). I don't want her back. Don't want to pay ailmony.
1. If i refuse to stay with her in women cell. What actions can be taken against me?
2. Will I have to pay maintanance if she file crpc 125 as she is not working?
3. If I'll say that she can work. Will court grant her maintance as I don't have proof and she is under greduate?
4. Is there any way to reduce ailmony and maintanance? What if i leave my job?

1) Who asked u to stay with her in women cell? What do u mean by it? Whatever counselling in womens cell is not binding on either spouse.

2) Yes. U should pay whatever the court orders.

3) Court will decide. U can only plead ur case or challenge her statements.

4) Even if u leave the job, the maintenance fixed will have to be paid to wife even by begging the court said.

U have the appeal if u r not satisfied with the court order.
