If wife runs away with her boyfriend without informing her husband then surrendered herself and her boyfriend before the police.she complains that their life is in danger. Then police informed her husband. And ask her where she want to live? She selected to live with her boyfriend. And police allow her to go and stay with her boyfriend . In such case can husband get divorce from his wife on this ground?
