My wife and i are separated for 6 years i havee not divorced her but she refuses to live with me. i gave a rented house to her. she left that too and started to live in hostel with my childern a duaghter who is 15 years old and two sons one 18 and one 14 years old. I pay school fees and all the expenses of my children. and now she is going to dubai with out my concent and the childern and wants the childern to live with her mother in a rented house in karachi. My childerns futur especially my duaghters future is at stake as her mother is not a woman of good character what can i do in this regard thanks

You can file a case for custody of your daughter and one son (who are minors). However, as these children are now of sensible age, the court will give credence to their statements. Thus, if you think that children will give statement in your favour, you may proceed with the case.
