Hi. My wife is trying to have separation. Living with her sisters since december last year. We have 2 daughters 5 n 3 years old. She is not allowing me to see them even. What is the legal advise for me and what if i want to have proper custody of my babies.

you will have to bear maintenance allowances of kids.. though you have right to have visitation or custody..

you can file an application for the visitation of your kids and if you want to reconcile with your wife then file a case for restitution of conjugal rights to take your wife back to your home.
