My wife and me are seprated for eight months , my wife demands me to settle her parents place, our children are live with my wife , they are below 5 Years old.my wife character are adamant and araghant . She wants me to obey her order . I want my wife and children to stay with me. The main puppet for this issue is my father-in-law. Is easy to get divorce or rejoin with my wife ? if I applied for divorce what will happen? Please reply for this......

Its your wife's tactics to live separately just to pressurize you to obey her which your not not bound to follow legally. Law presumes that a wife should live with her husband at his place. Hence, you may file a divorce petition on the ground of cruelty. But before that, serve a legal notice calling upon her to come back.

If you can prove that your wife demand for sepearte residence from your parents then it is ground of divorce if not then please consult any local lawyer and settle your dispute or file divorce.
