My wife and my shelf married for 11 years,having two children 9 y girl, 7 y boy.She left home 11 months before in my absence.Now forcing me for divorce on mutual consent and children custody and maintenance for children.
her income Rs 9.5 Lacks/year, mine Rs 8.9 lacks/ year.
How much i'm supposed to pay children and her maintenance as per indian law.

there is an income affidavit that needs to be filed in case you are in Delhi. after going through the affidavits and other facts, the interim maintenance is decided by the court.
