Wife is staying at parents house,she do not come back in my house
Dear Sir/Madam,
Mine is a arranged marriage . The marriage was registered at muslim law base, registered by kazi,barrackpore, 24 pgs (N), My wife and I had relations in day of marriage. After marraige She had many times told me that only wants to live with me for the rest of the life.She told me that either you relies your mother or me, my mother heart patient, what I relies my mother this situation.
one a day (13.02.2014) she went her father house with her father, I many times return him at her parent house, but she told me that she is not come back in my house in feature. last 8.06.2014 i was gone in her house she insults me in front of her parents and her father try to bitten me in front her locality and they insult me too. She wants me to bow down to them every time.
I have bowed down to them till now, but I no longer want to do that this situation start 13.02.2014 to till now.
I do not respect her parents for the cunning attitude they have and they always want to break our marriage. My wife is sitting at her house for about 7(seven) month months now and being adamant not to return.
Can I send a legal notice to her to return home? How can I send it? If she does not want to return and I want a divorce, I send her to divorce notice, what is the solution?

Dear
You can send a notice for coming back but not for divorce. There is no provision of divorce for a male in Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act, 1939. The customary talaq in Muslim law is valid and binding. So, you have not to approach the court. call for detail.
