Legal Question in Family Law in

wife stays at her parent house due to family dispute everytime, i had married before 2 and half year she stays with me hardly 1 year , i had one baby, my father in law and mother in law teaches her ,she dont listen me, her parent disturb my family life, now she is at her parent house willingly ,i want to marry once again , shall i remarry ?

you cannot remarry without taking divorce from her. you also have a child. better go for an amicable settlement and patch up your differences for the sake of the child.
