Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife suddenly changed her behavior in May 2016 citing there was something wrong with her mental state (she had cancer and we did histractomy of uturus in 2015).. In June I found a love letter in her bag (I have a photo copy of this.. She stole the original..) Which she claims to have written for someone else's behalf.. She initially accepted that she has a relationship with a guy from her work from Jan 2016 and that they have done everything but haven't had sex.. Later when confronted in front of her parents she denied all of it.. (I have a telephonic recorded conversation where she accepts that there was something which she confided to me and that was it).. She's not the same person I married and her behavior is getting worst by day.. She still has a group picture of someone's wedding recently where that guy is present... I can't live with her anymore and need help with divorce.. I also have added her name in my new house as joint.. (She hasn't paid a penny for the purchase of this house).. Please suggest what do I need to do in this case..
Best regards,
