My wife has tactically taken possession of 1st floor of my house (1st in name of my father then transfer to my mum ma name)

daily she is cuming for an hour) I'm live in a rented room) the 1st floor where I used to take classes is shut down by my wife

Que1 this act amounts to cruelty

2) how come V can vacant the house
