Legal Question in Family Law in India
My Wife (On her will) stay at my in-laws from 4 months in 6 month marriage duration and now her father (a police man) told us that she has been admitted in a coaching class for next 6 months and she may join us back after 6 months or later. We have not taken any dowry or even scolded her for her wrong doing at my home but now they warn us to take any legal step or else they will laudge complaint against dowry and women protection case against us all. Please tell me what to do?

2) Better first discuss with ur wife in the presence of family elders/ experienced senior citizen friends to sort out the problem, who will stand as witness for future.
3) Preserve all the recordings, tangible evidences in tact.
4) Based on the outcome of discussions whether or not fruitful, filing of RCR can be decided.
