my wife is working employee and now not living with me, i have two children male and female staying at her father house, She is mentally harrasing me from (6) years. whenever we quarrel each other she goes to her home which is about 5km. i am orphan and have no personnel relations with others. Her widowed mother seperated us from personnel life and she encouraging her daughter. till now i have respected my life for my two children they 4 Yrs and 6 years So i decided to take divorce. Please give a legal opinion.

dear client it is not easy to get divorce for men in India. first file case of restitution of conjugal rights and ask her come back to matrimonial home back under sec 9. once court order in yr favor and if she will not come back u can apply for divorce and will get divorce easily. for detail discussion call me
