Legal Question in Family Law in India
if my wife is not with me from last 7 years, if i get 2nd marraige is this ligal. She is living with her boy friend from last 7 years and we dont know her address. and she is not ready to giving divorce to me. I am in Government job.

Second marriage is illegal first get divorce and then remarry or you can file missing report of your wife and seek declaration from the court that she is dead.
