i am window having one son belong to koparkhairne parish and my fiyancee he is divocee no kids he got his divorce from court but church annullment is not over belong to mahim parish we wish to go for court marriage. what is the procedure court marriage for catholics.

you can go for a court marriage under the special marriage act. The two of you should be legally divorced . You will have to provide your photo ID, your residence proof, Decree of Divorce, passport size photos, witlessness who should be a gazetted officer etc. for further query contact 9312411481.
