Legal Question in Family Law in India

if a woman(50) and a daughter of a retired person are not willing to stay together and claiming all the benefit(earns from his retirement like PF ,Gratuity) and the half portion of pension which he earns.. is it possible or not and if not then what is the remedy..pl advice me.. swadhin
