Is it possible for a woman to force her unwilling husband to stay with her in loveless bad marriage just because she is acting selfish?

What happens if the man chooses to have a live-in while being married (I understand that Adultry will put him behind bars) but after he is released from jail, can she force him to stay with her?

Can wife file for harrassment against the her husband and his parmour. Is the 2nd lasy liable for any sort of punsihment?

In the given situation, the wife may be entitled to prosecute the husband under domestic violence laws.

dear client u can file case of restitution of conjugal rights under sec 9 of Hindu marriage act and ask husband to live together. the second lady will not get punishment for adultery. in adultery only male will get punishment. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
