Can a woman use her first married name even after her second marriage for childrens from first marriage if second husband and her inlaws ok with it can any from her inlaws side take objection and abuse her

if the inlaws have a problem for the usage of the sirname of the first husband it would be better if the children were adopted by the second husband with the consent of the first husband.a settlement can definetely be worked out.
