I am a woman married a year ago, out of which we stayed 7 months together, rest I spent at my in laws house and at my parents.
My husband shoved me and twisted my arm on several occasions, so on one occasion I hit back and after that incident his parents demanded that I be brought back at my paternal home, so I was brought back after that they have not contacted us as to when to return.
Also my in laws and my husband are emptying the apartment where we were staying, without informing me all my things are there.
Now my husband has got a job in hong kong and he is leaving the country without informing us.
What remedy do we have??

Dear client immediately file police complaint against husband and his family member's under sec 498 a for dowry harassment. Also file domestic violence case to get yr things back from yr husband. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

See, as far as your goods are concerned, I would advise you to go there and collect the same before he departs. Secondly, if he does not allow you, you can take the help of police. Thirdly, if you want to do more, you can file under D.V.Act wherein you can pray to court for impounding of his passport. Lots of thing can be done. It depends upon what you want.
